- 60mg vial for $530 will cover the first 3months. This option will cost you $176/month (save $365)

- Dose 10mg/week $405/month (40mg vial), or buy 120mg vial for $870 which will last you 3month - cost $290/month (save 345)

For patient would like to use brand name like Wegovy or Zepbound, we offer the initial visit fee for $100. After that,  follow up visit fee will be $50/month. 

Prescription will be sent to Lilly Direct/ Novo Nordisk (the manufacture) by the end of visit

Patient will set up direct payment with Lilly Direct/ Novo Nordisk (the manufacture), usually cost $499 per month regardless whichever dose you are on.

Patient will visit with our Board-Licensed Nurse Practitioner every month to adjust dosing/ monitor for any side effects.
